Our Purpose

Encompass Family and Community is a leading specialist provider of training, development and consulting advice to the human services sector.

We’ve grown from two people servicing just a handful of clients to where we are today; a small, expert, dedicated team working alongside leaders, supervisors and managers as their trusted guide, as they navigate incredibly challenging work.

We know how challenging it can be because we’ve worked there too. We’re passionate about supporting professionals and organisations because we know that improving the lives of vulnerable people is extremely rewarding. We live by this every day, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.

Through our longevity and dedication, we’ve uncovered what sets us apart: we know how to transfer knowledge into practice. We’ve developed a range of bespoke tools to make this happen for both people and organisations:
